Please download and run Labtox.exe file below for those who can't see the Labtox in confirmatory list in releasing positive result.

INSTRUCTION:
step 1: Download the "labtox.exe" file and save in your desktop
step 2: Open the downloaded labtox.exe file
step 3: Click extract and then open LABTOX folder
step 4: Run/open DoubleClick_Me.bat
step 5: If black screen disappeared without any error, re-log in DTO and check confirmatory list in Release of Specimen

Instructions for "PROCEDURE idtomisprd.sp does not exist" DTO error message:
step 1: Download the "sp_gen_error.exe" file and save in your desktop.
step 2: Open the downloaded sp_gen_error.exe and click EXTRACT.
step 3: After the extraction, find the SP GEN ERROR folder and open it.
step 4: Look for the file named "DoubleClick_Me.bat" and OPEN or RUN the file.
step 5: A black screen will appear with a message " Press any key",
press ENTER key on your keyboard. Wait until the black window disappear.
step 6: After the black screen disappeared without any error, re-login and check if the PROCEDURE idtomisprd.sp does not exist error message is still appearing in DTO.
Note: THIS IS ONE TIME EXECUTABLE FILE. Please delete all old file update or any old executable files downloaded before, this may cause corruption or database loss. Thank you.
