NO METABOLITES IN SPECIMEN COLLECTION
Drug test metabolites that cannot be seen on the window of "drug to be tested" is resolved by downloading REF UPDATE. Please follow the instructions below:
step 1: Download the "REF_10072021.exe" file and save in your desktop.
step 2: Open the downloaded REF_10072021 and EXTRACT the file.
step 3: After the extraction, find the REF_10072021 folder and open it.
step 4: Look for the file named "DoubleClick_Me.bat" and OPEN or RUN the file.
step 5: A black screen will appear with a message " Press any key",
press ENTER key on your keyboard. Wait until the black window disappear.
step 6: After the black screen disappeared without any error, re-login DTO or check specimen collection and drugs to be tested.
Note: THIS IS ONE TIME EXECUTABLE FILE. Please delete all old refupdate files or any old executable files downloaded before, this may cause corruption or database loss. Thank you.
